To reserve your date I require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. The remaining 50% can be broken up into custom payment increments and will be due by your wedding day. I send all my contracts, invoices, and questionnaires through a software called Honeybook and everything can be signed & paid online or via check. Anyone whose name and email address is on the files will be able to  sign and make payments. I also send a free 11x14 canvas to clients that pay via bank transfer or check. It's my way of giving back to my clients instead of paying Credit Card processing fee's but I know weddings are big CC mileage earners so I offer all payment options 

Contracts & Payments

Two months out from your wedding I'll send you a questionnaire that will ask anything I need to know, from the names of your wedding party members to what family photo groupings you want to plan for, etc. If you have a timeline started, I'll use that and your questionnaire to create a photo-specific timeline, or we'll start piecing the day together. I've very timeline focused because I like to get the formal shots I know you want out of the way, so that you can chill the rest of the day while I shoot whats happening

I deliver images via online galleries that are accessible on any desktop or mobile device. Within the gallery you'll be able to download all the images, share with family & friends, post on social media, print, and more. You'll have lifetime access to the gallery so you never have to worry about losing them.

Galleries

After receiving your full wedding gallery, I can connect you with my album designer and she will work with you to design your album, or within your gallery you'll be able to design albums on your own and have them printed. It's a very easy drag+drop software, and couples have had fun being able to design beautiful albums as gifts for family on their own

Travel Rates

I work with all my destination couples to make it as easy as possible for me to tag along wherever their celebration is. For travel outside of 2 hours/140 miles of Baltimore City, I ask for hotel accommodations for the night before and the night of your wedding. For weddings not within driving distance, I ask for compensation for flights, hotels, and meals. After searching for hotels and flights I'll send you a travel rate for your wedding

Engagement Session OR Rehearsal Dinner Coverage

I include an engagement session or 1 hour of rehearsal dinner coverage in my 2 larger wedding packages. I love being able to shoot rehearsal dinners because I get to meet your family & wedding party before your wedding day, and we squeeze in a few last portraits of you two before you're married! Engagement/other portrait sessions and rehearsal dinner coverage can also be added on A La Carte to any wedding package

Second Photographers & Assistants

I work with my couples to create a timeline so that I am there to photograph every important part of their wedding day the way I'm seeing it. In the morning I'll pop back and forth between hotel rooms if you both want to be photographed getting ready, or I'll plan to be there to photograph the "final touches" of getting ready. I'll bring an assistant with me that will help gather people we need, moving drinks or other things that are in the shot, catching people wearing hair ties, etc. My assistant makes it so I can keep shooting without stopping to fix minor things, and they help the day run much more smoothly for everyone
